Refund policy
At Nicholas & Co, we have every faith that you will be delighted with your online purchase from us, everything is checked in our own comprehensive workshop before dispatch to make your experience easy and enjoyable. However, if you feel like you have made the wrong selection, or it arrives damaged, defective or "not as described", we offer a no query full refund policy or will be happy to offer a store credit.
Our Policy
We offer a 14-day no query return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned in the same condition as they were in when recieved by you, and with any additional documents /boxes - damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.

Please do not include the word 'jewellers' when filling in the address section; and mark the packages as "returned goods".
And please provide the tracking when it has been dispatched.
UK Returns
- UK returns must be sent to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or another secure tracked/signed service.
- We can not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
International Returns
- International returns must be sent to using a tracked and/or signed service.
- Customers must declare their packages as "returned goods". Failure to do so may result in import and/or customs charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please don't use the words `gold, diamond` etc. on any form, instead we use `costume accessory` as we feel its safer.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and a refund will be issued within 10 business days once the items have been returned and inspected.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any items which have been sized or altered.
- Items that have been personalised, adjusted or made bespoke to order can not be refunded.
- Any items purchased via layaway cannot be returned.
- Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase, as we will always do our best to make things right for you.
Exchanges
If you feel like you have made the wrong selection then you can return your item within 30 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange, or a store credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
