Antique Edwardian 9ct Rose Gold Keeper Ring.
This genuine antique keeper ring dates from the late Edwardian era. Hallmarked 1917.
Manufactured in 9ct rose gold; the head of the ring has a patterned rope design whilst the shank has attractive trifurcated split shoulders.
The tradition of giving a keeper ring is said to have represented the idea that the receiver was worth “keeping.” The “You are a keeper” sentiment attached to these rings makes them a popular choice today as a unique wedding, engagement or eternity ring, and even an anniversary band.
What a perfect ring to give to someone that you love.
The head of the ring measures approx. 10.0mm (width) tapering to a 3.3mm shank.
Weight 6.9g.
