Antique Hand Engraved Floral and Heart Motif 9ct Rose Gold Oval Locket Dated1909 (Chain not included).
A great quality antique oval locket manufactured in 9ct rose gold.
The front of the locket has a plain heart cartouche in the centre and a spiral motif surrounding it. The reverse is profusely decorated with a spiral and floral motif. I have seen one or two before over the years, but normally engraved /personalised to mark an occasion, this one escaped unscathed!
Measures 28.7mm x 23.0mm (not including bale) and 6.8mm in depth. Bale measures 4.6mm in length.

UK hallmarked 9ct gold. Dated Chester 1909. Sponsors mark 'J S'
CONDITION: Overall very good, with some very, very light wear commensurate with age.
