Beautiful Victorian Sapphire and Diamond 9ct gold Star Set Bangle with Hand Engraved Decoration To The Sides.

Good example weighing 10.2g, this lovely Victorian jewel is manufactured in 9ct gold and is set with 4 sapphires and 3 diamonds in between; all stones are star set in the head of the bangle. The gemstones taper in size from the centre and the sides have an attractive hand-engraved star motif.
It has survived in very good condition and has a tongue and box clasp with a safety chain attached.

Beautifully manufactured, hand soldered, all in good wearable condition.(with respect!)

Sapphires vary in size, the largest measures approx. 4.2mm in diameter and the outer sapphire measures 3.2mm in diameter.
The principal diamond measures approx. 3.4mm in diameter and outer diamonds measure approx. 2.5mm in diameter.

Internal dimensions 55.3mm x 48.7mm.
The top is approximately 8.7mm wide, tapering to 3.7mm at the back.

The total weight is 10.2g.
