Vintage Diamond and Sapphire 9ct Gold Wide Band Half Eternity Ring.
Crafted in 9ct yellow gold with pave-set modern brilliant cut diamonds arranged in a Greek pattern across the head of the ring; there is also a row of square cut sapphires either side of the diamonds. The sapphires are set to rubover settings whilst the diamonds are claw set.
Sapphires are a lovely deep blue. Diamonds are white and sparkling. It really makes a statement on the finger.
Square cut sapphires measure 1.8mm in diameter. Diamonds measures approx. 1.2mm in diameter.
Head of the ring is 13.8mm wide tapering to a 7.1mm (in width) shank. It is 4.2mm in depth. Weight 8.4g. This is a quality ring.
UK hallmarked 9ct gold. Dated Sheffield 1996. Sponsors mark 'P J'.
