Hand made in 18ct yellow gold with a platinum head claws to show off the gemstones intensity, (a modern inferior one would be cast in one piece); it also has attractive fleur-de-lis 'ribbed' shoulders. The ring has a large oval cut natural untreated sapphire originating from Burma in the centre and has 12 large modern brilliant cut diamonds arranged in a cluster around the principal stone.

The sapphire has been independently assessed as being natural with no heat treatment and originating from Burma - everything you want. The ring will be sent with the gemmological report.
Sapphire measures 9.46mm x 7.55mm and 5.44mm in depth. Sapphire has total carat weight of 3.26 carats! Diamonds measure approx. 2.7mm in diameter. Diamonds have combined total carat weight of approximately 1.0 carats.
Impressive on the finger, the overall dimensions of the head of the ring measures approximately 16.0mm x 13.6mm and 6.9mm in depth. Shank is approximately 1.7mm wide.
