This is an interesting piece, possibly an owl on a branch, in jewellery design, birds represent freedom, guidance, and the connection between heaven and earth.

Manufactured in 18ct white gold. The brooch portrays what looks to be a young owl or fledgling sitting on a branch surrounded by a graduating diamond border.

He has ruby eyes, and also has a diamond set in his forehead, 

This is a lovely wearable jewel.
