18ct White Gold, Mappin and Webb Tourmaline, Mother of Pearl & Diamond Cross.

It is a lovely vintage cross, manufactured in 18ct gold by Mappin and Webb.
An interesting piece, it sports 5 uniquely cut tourmalines, with four on the end of each arm, with the 5th positioned in the middle. The four tourmalines on the extremities are flanked by an arrow of diamonds. The piece is finished with Mother of Pearl.
The pendant loop is also beautifully set with diamonds and is the `hinged` type, so could also be worn on a pearl necklace if wanted.
A good larger size example, overall the cross measures 36.2mm x 28.8mm and 9.6mm in depth.
Bale measures 10.6mm x 4.3mm.

CONDITION: Overall good, with some light wear commensurate with age. A couple of very light marks to one or two of the tourmalines, only really visible under magnification.
