Beautiful Quality Antique Diamond Trilogy Platinum Ring.
This superbly made ring dates from the Late Victorian / Early Edwardian era.
Manufactured in platinum.
There are 3 large old European cut diamonds across the head of the ring, tapering in size from the centre, and have a calculated total carat weight of 1.45 carats.
It really makes a statement on the finger.
The diamonds are mounted in platinum and are claw set.
Diamonds are well matched; clean, white, and sparkling.
These hands-cut old European diamonds have a charm and character not repeated in modern cut stones.
The principal diamond measures 5.8mm x 5.3mm - slightly elongated.
Outer diamonds measure 4.4mm in diameter - round.
Has been through our workshop, cleaned & polished, settings restored and are perfect, the diamonds were weighed while out of the settings and and are exactly 1.45 carats, no guessing or estimating.
It can be worn daily with confidence and could be a perfect antique engagement or anniversary ring. It will last a lifetime.
The head of the ring measures approx. 6.1mm (width) tapering to a quality 2.9mm shank.
Weight 5.7g. This is a quality ring.
Shank hand engraved `Platinum`.
The ring size is currently M 1/2 (UK Scale) or 6 1/4 (US Size) but can be modified free of charge in our own comprehensive workshops.
Overall, a highly collectible and wearable piece of genuine antique jewellery.
CONDITION: Overall very good, with some light wear commensurate with age.
This is an antique item, making it excellent value for your money when compared to a new equivalent.
