Fantastic 9ct Gold Antique Mizpah brooch.
Very Dainty Double Heart Brooch decorated with entwined vines of ivy and MIZPAH and verse.
The term "mizpah" comes from the Hebrew word `Mitzpeh`, meaning "watchtower" or "lookout".
Ivy, scientifically known as Hedera, is an evergreen plant renowned for its resilience and ability to cling and grow persistently, which has inspired its symbolic use in jewellery design. Its twisting, interlocking vines represent strong bonds, fidelity, and enduring relationships.
