Excellent Antique 9ct Rose Gold Graduated Curb Link Albert Watch Chain with T-Bar.

Genuine antique rose gold graduated curb link watch chain in excellent condition with its original dog clips and T-Bar. 
It is lighter weight compared to the solid link Albert Watch chains due to the hollow curb links, which means that it is more comfortable to wear; also, each link is marked '9' for 9ct gold. 
All marks matching and original.
The chain is in good condition and is a good length at 15 Inches (equivalent to 38.1cm) meaning it will go around most necks comfortably. There is an extra 1 inch in spare chain, originally to take a fob or seal, that could be added into the chain for extra length if needed. 

It is termed an “Albert” chain after Prince Albert, Queen Victoria’s husband, who popularised the wearing of chains across the waistcoat with seals and a watch attached to the dog clip terminal.

Weighs 26.9g and; hollow, so it keeps the price down but still looks great on the neck.

Stamped '9' and '9ct'. 

No sign of any repairs.

We have only ultrasonically cleaned it, not polished it so that it retains its patina.

Genuine one dating from the Edwardian period; circa 1900-1910.
They aren't out there in this tidy condition anymore.

CONDITION: Overall very good, with some very light wear commensurate with age.

This is an antique item making it excellent value for your money when compared to a new equivalent. 
The links are in good condition and can be worn daily (with respect!). It has been professionally cleaned in our workshop.
