Beautiful Antique Art Deco 9ct Rose Gold Bangle with Engraved Foliate Motifs, Hallmarked Chester 1920, Fabulously Hand Engraved.
Manufactured in 9ct rose gold and is plain on the back and has a beautiful engraved front with an ornate pattern of a foliate design. A Couple of light marks on the plain reverse side, which we can forgive it for as its 104 or so years old now! Has an unusual `patent lock snap` - a slide piece that once slid over, locks the push piece , so securing it safely to your wrist, you have to slide it back again to engage the push piece to remove from your wrist.
Internal dimensions 59.2mm x 51.7mm. Bangle measures 11.8mm in width.
The total weight is 16.2g.
UK hallmarked 9ct gold. Dated Chester 1920. Sponsors mark ' H C & S'. Also stamped 'Patent Lock Snap'.
