Antique Edwardian 5 Stone Diamond 18ct Gold Ring Manufactured in Chester 1916
The ring is manufactured in 18ct yellow gold; there are 5 tapered old '8' cut diamonds across the head of the ring; on either side of them is a scalloped design. The shoulders are also decorated with incised scrolls. Diamonds well matched, all white and sparkling. Stones are held securely in place by claws.
Diamonds also vary in size, principal stone measures 2.3mm in diameter and smallest measures 1.4mm in diameter.
Head of ring measures approx. 6.6mm (width) tapering to a 2.6mm shank.
Weighs 2.4g.
UK hallmarked 18ct gold. Dated Chester 1916. Sponsors mark 'J H'.
The ring size is currently L (UK) or 5 1/2 (US Size), can be modified free of charge a couple of sizes either way in our own comprehensive workshops.
Overall a highly collectable and wearable piece of genuine Antique jewellery.
CONDITION: Overall good, with some light wear commensurate with age, few light marks, - its 110 years old!
