The bracelet is manufactured in 15ct gold, and traces of the original gilded finish remain, it's been treasured and shows very little signs of wear. 
Dates from the late Victorian period, circa 1890-1900.

Presented in excellent wearable condition, with its original padlock clasp and it has an added safety chain for extra security. 

The padlock is good and strong in the hinge and the hasp.

Beautifully manufactured, hand soldered, all in good wearable condition.
Truly a lovely quality antique bracelet.

Presented in its original lovely old `J W Bensons` box, the box is a little worn but has done its job of preserving the bracelet perfectly.

15ct gold was only a legal standard of gold in British jewellery between 1854 and 1931. This means that any piece of 15ct antique gold jewellery from Britain dates somewhere between 1854 and 1931 and you have a genuine piece of antique or vintage jewellery.

The total weight is 20.6g. 

The padlock is stamped '15c' whilst one of the links has a '15' tag soldered onto it. 

They just aren't out there left in this condition any more - great opportunity to own a perfect, genuine  old 15ct example.

CONDITION: Overall  good, a few light marks, but this is a antique item.
