Excellent Victorian 9ct Rose Gold Faceted Belcher Albert Watch Chain with T-Bar

Genuine antique rose gold faceted belcher watch chain in excellent condition with its original dog clips and T-Bar; it is a good heavy gauge. 
All marks matching and original.
The chain is in good condition and is a good length at 15.75 Inches (equivalent to 40.0cm) meaning it will go round most necks comfortably. 

It is termed as an “Albert” chain after Prince Albert, Queen Victoria’s husband, who popularised the wearing of chains across the waistcoat with seals and a watch attached to the dog clip terminal.

Weighs 29.1g; a very solid albert, that uses an excellent gauge of gold.

T-Bar and dog clips are stamped '9c' whilst the link has a '9c' tag soldered on. 

No sign of any repairs.

We have only ultrasonically cleaned it, not polished it, so that it retains its patina.

Genuine one dating from the Victorian era; circa 1880.
They really aren't out there in this tidy condition any more.

CONDITION: Overall very good, with some very light wear commensurate with age.

This is a antique item making it excellent value for your money when compared to a new equivalent.
