The unusually large deeper red natural coral measuring 23mm x 14mm is surrounded by 24 modern brilliant cut natural diamonds, each approximately 2.1mm in diameter, and estimated to weigh a total of 0.85 carats.
Overall dimensions 29.5mm x 20.00mm (excluding the pendant loop)
The pendant loop is hinged, so it will fit over any chains and even can be attache to a pearl necklace.
