Magnificent Antique Platinum and Diamond Art Deco Bracelet. English Circa 1920. 8.25 Carats

A stunning example of Art Deco craftsmanship, this antique platinum and diamond bracelet dates to circa 1920.

The front of the bracelet is composed of old-cut diamonds; the back of the bracelet is round brilliant-cut diamonds. Originally, the back would have been plain, but this was added to the already impressive piece at a later date by its last custodian.

We estimate there to be over 8.25ct of diamonds in this piece, 4.65 carats of old European cut diamonds in the front, and 3.6 carats of brilliant cuts in the back.

The geometric design exemplifies the period's bold aesthetic, with precisely set diamonds catching light across the refined platinum setting.
