Vintage George Jensen 9ct Gold Elephant Charm or Pendant.
One of my favourite recent purchases, I will miss him, but he needs a new home.
He is very solid and well made, I have never had or seen another this weight.
Beautifully modelled, could be a charm or pendant, his body is chased for added definition, he is very three dimensional and well modelled.
Elephants hold significant meaning in many cultures and symbols of these majestic creatures have been depicted in mythology and religion for thousands of years. They represent strength and power. They also symbolise sensitivity, wisdom, stability, loyalty, intelligence, peace, reliability and determination, which are all seen in the animal’s nature when observed in the wild and of course `elephants never forget`.
Overall measures approx. 31.3mm x 21.3mm and 11.6mm in depth.
