Vintage Mabe Pearl and Diamond 18ct Gold Earrings

Vintage Silver Grey Mabe Pearl and Diamond 18ct Gold Cluster Earrings.

Particularly good earrings, excellent form and hue and lustre.

A delightful, very wearable vintage pair from the 80's, from an era where quality mattered more than costs.
This quality pair are presented in mint condition. They are manufactured in 18ct gold with a large metallic/grey mabe pearl in the centre with 25 modern brilliant cut diamonds around the principal stone. 
Diamonds are beautifully grain set.  
Superbly made of a good gauge of gold, they are hand finished/assembled. 
The pearls are very well matched and a good even colour.
Diamonds are of excellent quality; well matched, clean, white, and bright. 
 
Mabe pearls measures 12.5mm in diameter. 
Diamonds measure approx. 1.3mm in diameter. Combined estimated carat weight of 0.50 carats.  

Overall measurement of approx. 16.5mm x 16.4mm and 8.2mm in depth.

Combined weight 10.0g. They are a well made estate pair of earrings that really make a statement in the ear. 

Earrings use super secure omega fittings, they cannot accidentally come away from the ear, a sign of quality.

Just stunning in the ear, would cost a lot of money new today.  

UK hallmarked 18ct gold. Dated Sheffield 1985. Sponsors mark 'B G Ld'. 

CONDITION: Excellent, with the very lightest wear commensurate with age.

This is a vintage item, making it excellent value for your money when compared to a new equivalent. 
The links are tight from little wear meaning it can be worn everyday. It has been ever so gently cleaned in our workshop.
