Vintage Mabe Pearl and Garnet 18ct Gold Etruscan Style Ring

Vintage Mabe Pearl and Garnet 'Etruscan' style 18ct Gold Ring.

Crafted in 18ct yellow gold with an impressive mabe pearl in the centre and heart-shaped garnets on either side. 
The gemstones are all set to rub over settings and there is a rope design around the edge of the ring; it also has an attractive 'ribbed' design under the shank.
The design is very similar to those manufactured by Elizabeth Gage. 

Pearl is a good even colour. 
Garnets are a lovely dark red. 
It really makes a statement on the finger.

Pearl measures approx. 11.0mm in diameter.
Heart-shaped garnet measures 4.8mm x 4.4mm.

The head of the ring is 18.3mm wide tapering to a 9.5mm (in width) shank. It is 6.6mm in depth. 
Weight 15.4g. This is a quality ring, no expense was spared in the manufacture.

UK hallmarked 18ct gold. Dated London 1994. Sponsors mark 'J G'. 

The ring size is currently N (UK Scale) or 6 1/2 (US Size) - as the ring has a very wide band, we have taken the size measurement from its leading edge. We are only able to adjust it a little, say one or two UK sizes either way, please contact us with your finger size before purchase to confirm

CONDITION: Overall very good, with some light wear commensurate with age.

The settings are in perfect condition and can be worn every day. It has been professionally cleaned in our workshop.
